2. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that any content available on Gropicture infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

- Identification of the specific material on Gropicture that you claim is infringing, including the URL or other location so we can locate it.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
3. How to Submit Your Notice
Please send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent via our contact page with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice.” To help us process your request quickly, please include all of the required information listed above and clearly identify the infringing content with direct URLs.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed from Gropicture in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located within your jurisdiction (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Gropicture may be found).
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Gropicture maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content that we believe in good faith infringes the rights of others.
6. Good-Faith Use of This Process
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages. Please make sure that you own the rights to the content or are authorized to act before filing a notice.
